- 2,300 net mineral acres over 6,800 gross in Howard County open for lease.

- 60,000 acres in Powder River County, Montana.

- Non-op Working interest in an Apache-Operated Wolfberry play in Howard County, Texas.

- Mineral acreage for lease in the very active Wolfcamp-Bone Spring in Reeves, Loving, Ward, and Winkler Counties in the Delaware Basin of West Texas.

- Mineral acreage for lease in the very active Wolfcamp-Spraberry play in Howard, Glasscock, Midland, Martin, and Borden Counties in the Midland Basin of West Texas.

- Multiple tracts of land throughout North Dakota, Montana, and Texas (in both the Delaware and Midland Basins).
